These hives contain Infernal Bees (princess plus 80% chance of a drone) and their combs (Mundane Comb) added by Magic Bees. They can be mined with a Scoop or Thaumium Scoop. Infernal Hives spawn frequently in the Nether and may spawn rarely in the Overworld depending on pack settings. Overworld spawns are limited to Y5-Y18 height and only in Magical or Hot biomes, and create a cluster of Glowstone. Nether spawns can be any height and generate a small sphere of Nether Quartz around the hive. Both instances require the spawning location to be completely surrounded with stone/netherrack. Similar to Oblivion and Deep Hives, they cannot generate in forced void dimensions.
There is a 3% chance that an Infernal Hive will drop a Steadfast Bee instead of its usual species, and an equal chance of the princess being pristine or ignoble.
