Golemic Inhibitor is a block added by the Automagy 1 mod. It is a device that acts as an upgrade to Golem Fetter and will affect the golems in the small area around it instead of just on top of the machine. It can only be placed on top of Golem Fetter and will have its range based on how many Golem Fetters are below it (up to 4). It will be activated when the Golem Fetter under it is activated.
Golems can be linked to this device and will then be unaffected to this device. By right-clicking it with a wand its mode will change and only linked golems will become affected by it.

"The Golemic Inhibitor takes the control offered by the golem fetter to a new level. Rather than simply halting golems on top of a single block, it will halt all golems in an area.
The inhibitor must be placed on top of a golem fetter. It is only active when the fetter is active. Additional fetters can be placed below this. The more active fetters there are chained together (up to four), the larger the affected radius.
Linking:
If any golems are linked to this device, then they will be immune to the golemic inhibition effect, allowing them to proceed as normal.
Alternatively, the linked golems can be the exclusive targets of the effect.
Right-click on the inhibitor with a wand to toggle between these modes."
