Runed Obsidian (Celerity) is a block added by the Automagy 1 mod. When used in the construction of the Nethermind, it reduce the time used to construct new blocks. Maximum amount of such blocks is 12.

"If you replace some basic runed obsidian of the Nethermind structure with runes of Celerity, the time required to conjure blocks will be reduced. The maximum benefit is reached at twelve runes.
Additionally, each of the first four Celerity runes in the structure reduce the time it takes for the Nethermind to consume essentia, speeding up the process even further.
Dimensional Lure:
These runes will speed up the conjuration of creatures as well as blocks. However, each rune of Celerity utilized will make the process more unstable."
