The Solar Boiler is a Factorization machine that requires both Water and Sunlight to produce Steam, which can be used by a Steam Turbine to produce Charge or EU. Steam is automatically pumped out of the top face of the block if possible. Sunlight is provided by Reflective Mirrors placed around the Solar Boiler, these reflective mirrors must have no (transparent) blocks between the boiler and themselves, and only operate when there is no downfall and a direct line of sight to the sky. There are at least 4 mirrors required to produce steam, and every mirror placed after the third will produce 1 mB/t of steam. Solar Boilers can be stacked, with Steam being sent to the topmost boiler, while water is shared between each boiler. A player can stop the boiler from sucking up water by feeding the boiler a redstone signal.
To generate Charge, one must place a Steam Turbine on top of the topmost Solar Boiler, and Lead Wire must touch the Steam Turbine.
