ExtraTiC is an addon for Tinkers' Construct that adds integration for other mods (see below) to allow users to make tools from materials from those mods (but also disables Metallurgy's regularly crafted tools). There are many different effects that Metallurgy's metals add to the tools, such as significantly increased mining speed, as well as having significant durability and the armor having significant enchantability.
