Eldritch Orb is only available if both Blood Magic and Forbidden Magic are installed. It is one of the the best orbs compatible with Blood Magic, allowing up to 80 000 000 LP to be stored in it. The orb is considered tier 6 (on par with the transcendent orb) and can consume 140 LP per tick. (2800 LP a second)
