The Ion Thruster is an item added by Modular Powersuits. It is one of many components used to install Module Upgrades on the Power Armor Suits, essentially a miniature particle accelerator that accelerates ions to near-light speed to produce thrust.
Installed using the Power Armor Tinker Table with the modules and Power Armor in the player's inventory.
Warning: wearing or placing incomplete Power Armor Suits in the Hotbar may result in spontaneous combustion of the player!

Usage
This component is used to install the following Modules:
- Blink Drive on the Power Tool (1 needed)
- Jetpack on the Power Armor Torso (4 needed)
- Jet Boots on the Power Armor Feet (2 needed)
- Swim Boost on the Power Armor Legs (1 needed)
