The Magnet is a module added by Engineer's Toolbox that will pull along any adjacent block when the Modular Socket is moved through the use of a Elevator module or Track module.

The Magnet can pull along a Socket Frame block which allows the Modular Socket to move multi-block constructs similar to RedPower 2's Frames.

In order to be able to input and output to the block being pulled along, a Magnet Input or Magnet Output module is required. This allows for a block such as a Tesseract to be pulled along to accept items from the Modular Socket.
