The Hinge is a module added by Engineer's Toolbox that will swap the blocks placed adjacent to the Hinge modules on a Modular Socket. This swap will occur on an internal redstone pulse.

Hinge modules can only be installed on adjacent faces and there can only be two modules installed per socket. The player will not be able to install a module that violates these restrictions. This module can be upgraded into an Ender Hinge module that does not have the adjacency restriction.
