The Redstone NOT is a module added by Engineer's Toolbox that will output an external redstone signal when none of the configured internal redstone signals and latches are activated. This is actually closer to a NOR function but behaves like a NOT function when only one input if configured.

The Redstone NOR module is identical in function to this module but is added for clarity.
