The Engineer's Voltmeter is an item added by the Immersive Engineering mod. The Engineer's Voltmeter is used to measure the current storage of a capacitor and the average loss of RF between connectors.

By right clicking a capacitor the current RF stored in the capacitor is displayed.

Sneaking and right clicking on two connectors will display the loss of RF between connectors.
