The Crucible is a block from Ex Nihilo. It is used to obtain Lava from Cobblestone, Stone or Netherrack. It only searches for fuel directly below it. This will not include the mini-smeltery function, which is just a smeltery that doesn't multiply ore output, and is off by default. Also Crucible can be used as tank to 10 buckets.
