The Awakened Ichorium Pickaxe is a tool added by the KAMI module of Thaumic Tinkerer 2. This tool has infinite durability. It also grants the user access to several modes, these modes are line, square and block, which can be toggled by Shift + right click. Block mode is a normal pickaxe. Line mode mines the block used at and 9 blocks behind it, from the opposite side of the player. Square mode will mine 5x5x1 area, centered on the block above the block the pickaxe was used on.
This pickaxe can destroy Bedrock in Line or Square modes. Also, in Block mode when it destroys Bedrock at a y-level of 4 or less it will convert it into a Bedrock Portal instead.

"You awakened the real potential of an Ichorium Pickaxe. This pickaxe contains all the traits from the regular one, however, by shift right clicking on it, you can change what mode it's on.
On Block Mode (Green) it'll break blocks normally.
On Square Mode (Red) it'll break a 5x5 area around the original block broken. The area is offset, to allow for easy mining.
On Line Mode (Blue) It'll break a 10 block long line starting on the original block. It can also break bedrock, taking you deeper into the the heart of the earth. You believe digging there might prove to be more fruitful."
