The Bound Shears is an item added by the Blood Arsenal mod. Bound Shears used to collect wool, cobwebs and tall grass, as well as breaking tripwires without it activating the redstone mechanism it is connected to.

The Bound Shears is created by binding a Shears using the Ritual of Binding.

Bound Shears costs 20 LP every 10 seconds while active and costs 50 LP per use.
