The Bound Igniter is an item added by the Blood Arsenal mod. It can be used to light blocks on fire by right-clicking with it. Igniter also sets mobs on fire when player attack(Left Click) them with it.
Recipe
The Bound Igniter is created by binding a Flint and Steel using the Ritual of Binding.
LP Cost
Bound Igniter costs 50 LP every 5 seconds while active and costs 50 LP per use.
