Teleport Staff is an item added by the Actually Additions mod. Right-clicking with it teleports the player to the block at the cursor's position, or throws at some distance if this block is air. Teleport Staff has a cooldown, so it can't be used instantly. The Teleport Staff can store up to 500,000 RF, which is used for teleportation.
