Heat Collector is a block added by the Actually Additions mod. It generates 40 RF[1] per tick if surrounded with Lava on any 4 sides, including the bottom. Heat Collector can store up to 30,000 RF, top side is used for output. There is a 0.01% chance to destroy a block of Lava per tick.
As long as Lava can be easily produced, this generator is very efficient way to get tons of energy.
