Speed Limiter Track are specialty TrainCraft tracks. It allows you to change the speed of locomotives in percent. Use a crowbar to change the mode. With it, you can quickly slow down or speed up locomotives.
List of possible settings: 20% (default), 40%, 60%, 80%, 90% and 100%.
