Infested End Stone is a block added by the Hardcore Ender Expansion mod. It generates naturally in the End in the Biome Islands. This block reduces the spawn rate of mobs which can spawn on top of it, reducing the amount of Endermen on the Biome Islands. It does not affect the spawn rate of island-specific mobs as they are spawned by an Island Core.
