The Frequency Card is a card that has the ability to hold, memorize and generate frequencies for the ease of interacting with machines. A frequency card's frequency can be set by placing it into any MFFS machines that accepts it. Right clicking the frequency card on any machine will set the frequency of that machine to whatever is set on the card. The frequency card can also be used to generate a random frequency. This is done by shift right clicking the card.
