The DNA Transmutator from Advanced Genetics is a machine that when supplied with power from a Combustion Generator, IndustrialCraft2 Experimental EU, or Thermal Expansion RF, it will convert Gene (Unbred) into an Anti-Gene if supplied with the specified amount of Organic Drops for your chosen Gene (Unbred). You can then place the Anti-Gene into the DNA Combiner with a centrifuged Syringe to continue the ability removal process.
