The Creeping Doll is an item added by Ex Nihilo Adscensio that is used to spawn an Enderman. When the player Right Clicks a barrel of Witchwater with the Creeping Doll, an Enderman will spawn after a 30 second delay, consuming both the doll and the Witch Water.
