A Bounce Transport Pipe is essentially a valve for items controlled by a redstone signal. If it is not receiving a redstone signal, any object entering the pipe will be "bounced" back the way it came. When it is powered by redstone, it will act like a Stone Transport Pipe. Unlike other pipes, added by Additional BuildCraft Objects, that require redstone signal, a Lever cannot be placed directly on it.
