Wand Focus: Wand Charging is an item added by the Electro-Magic Tools mod. It can be equipped on any Wand. Can be used to drain EU from the items in the inventory and charge the wand it is equipped on with Vis. It requires the player to wear full set of electric armor to work. It can be enchanted with Potency and Frugal.
