When worn on the head, the Reading Glasses, Tinted Glasses, and the Monocle allow the player to read the pop-up text displays of certain item in BiblioCraft. Many blocks in BiblioCraft have text information on them. For example, you can view the names of books on a bookcase without opening the interface, see what is on a regular shelf and in what quantity. You can also see what Armour is on an Armor Stand and what Enchantments are on that Armour. The Display Case also has Enchantment support for Armour and weapons.
Wood Labels become combination item frame/signs displaying the name of the item in them. The Typesetting Table displays the name of the selected book as well as the quantity of blank chases left, among other things. The Printing Press displays the book name of the plate inserted into the press as well as the quantity of ink and quantity of blank books left. The Desk displays the name of the open book. The Potion Shelf shows the name of the potion the player is looking at. Any helmet with the "Reading" enchantment works exactly the same as the reading glasses.
