The Pixie Dust is an item added by the Adventurer's Amulets mod and used as a crafting material.
Pixie Dust can be obtained by killing a Pixie, which can be found in Roofed Forests.

"Pixie Dust can be obtained in a simple, yet enjoyable, manner. Simply kill a Pixie (found in Roofed Forests) and it will drop Pixie Dust (amongst other things). However, Pixies don't last forever and you'll eventually cause them to go extinct. Luckily, a Fairy Wand will consume Illuminated Pixie Dust (shapeless crafting recipe) and will spawn an extra Pixie."
