The Aquatic Pendant is an item added by the Adventurer's Amulets mod and used to fill up the necklace/pendant slot in Baubles.
Once crafted, the Aquatic Pendant will need to be charged.
Aquatic items will gain charge from being in the water. If you just stand in 1 block of water or more, your items will start to gain charge.
The Aquatic Pendant will allow the player to breath underwater. As a secondary ability, the pendant allows the player to place light sources behind them.

"The Aquatic Belt will remove the necessity for oxygen from your body. Whilst underwater, you will be able to breathe easily, as if you were a squid. As if that wasn't good enough already, the secondary ability will place light sources behind you for all of your underwater adventuring needs." - Page 27/57
