The Gas Collector is a utility machine from ReactorCraft. It produces Carbon Dioxide if it is placed upon a regular furnace with burning fuel inside it. Smelting a single item will yield 3000 mb of Carbon Dioxide. It can be placed on any side of the furnace and still operate the same. If the Gas Collector is placed on the side of the furnace, using a Liquid Pipe or Gas Duct can only pull gas out from the top or bottom, even though it looks incorrect. The resulting Carbon Dioxide is used in a Carbon Dioxide Heat Exchanger, a part of the High Temperature Gas Reactor.
Handbook Description[edit]
The gas collector collects carbon dioxide from a furnace burning coal or wood. This carbon dioxide is used as the working fluid in high-temperature gas reactors.
