The Blast resistant ME Drive is a reinforced ME Drive added by Extra Cells. It has a very high blast resistance, protecting its contents from most explosions. In exchange for this extra durability, the Blast resistant ME Drive can only hold 3 cells. In all other respects it behaves as an ME Drive; see that block's article for more information.

There is a bug where the Blast resistant Drive can cause items put into the ME network to disappear. Confirmed on multiple worlds and saves to happen.
