Wesly's Hammer is an item added by the Thaumic Revelations mod. Can be right-clicked to open its GUI. In the GUI there are 3 slots in a column. Place Warden's Boots, Warden's Chestplate, Warden's Leggings, Warden's Helmet or Warden's Sword in the middle slot, place Phial of Essentia of any aspect into the bottom slot, take the modified piece of equipment from the top slot. Different Aspects give different abilites to the armor. For example, applying
to Warden's Sword will give the similar properties as the Fire Aspect enchantment.
