The Farlanders mod adds multiple different kinds of Endermen to the world. Some of these can interact and trade with a player just like villagers, and others are hostile. This mod adds multiple worldgen structures made of End Stone, Nether Brick, Soul Sand and various other materias, e.g. Farlander villages, Farlander houses and Titan Towers. These structures contain hostile or passive Endermen inside as well as chests with dungeon loot.
