There are three distinct pech, from the localization files of thaumcraft 4 in github ( https://github.com/Azanor/thaumcraft/blob/master/en_US.lang ).

entity.Pech.name=Pech Forager

entity.Pech.1.name=Pech Mage

entity.Pech.2.name=Pech Stalker
