Talk:Frame Housing

I'm running two different Alvearies, one with 9 Frame Housings (filled with proven frames) and one with 16. I notice that the production coming from the two alvearies is the same. Does anyone know what the maximum production to be achieved through frame housings is?

I am running them with 9 Frame Housing blocks, too. But I've heard 6 is the maximum effective amount. With 6 blocks it will be enough frames for bees to run at maximum speed. Frame type doesn't matter (I prefer impregnated frames, as I have automated the process completely - seed oil, strings and logs are quite easy to automate once you get walnuts/chestnuts) OstPavel (talk) 19:57, 26 April 2013 (CEST)
