The Steam Consumer is an input device for the Energy Bridge added by Power Converters. It accepts input in the form of Steam energy and passes it to a connected Energy Bridge for conversion to another energy form.
Each Steam Comsumer is able to accept up to 1000mB of Steam per tick.
