Iron Wand is an item added by the Better Builder's Wands mod. Like the Builder's Wand from the Extra Utilities mod, it can be used to place blocks by right-clicking on a side of the same block. The player has to have those blocks in his inventory in order to place them. The Iron Wand can place a total of 9 blocks per click, each block will reduce its durability by one.
The Iron Wand can be enchanted with, Unbreaking, Mending and the Curse of Vanisishing.
Modes
The Iron Wand has several modes that can be cycled with the M key (can be changed in the settings):
- "Horizontal - Extend left and right from the original block. No building on top/bottom face." The player can only right-click on one of the four sides of a block. The wand will try to place a block on this block as well as on four blocks to the left and four blocks to the right.
- "Vertical - Extend up and down from the original block. No building on top/bottom face." The player can only right-click on one of the four sides of a block. The wand will try to place a block on this block as well as four blocks up and four blocks down.
