The Gelid Enderium Battle Wrench is a tool/weapon from Redstone Armory. It functions as a normal wrench, and has a special ability of swinging the wrench in a wide arc when used to attack, damaging entities in a 2 (4 if empowered) block radius. By default press V to empower and quell tools.
The Battle Wrench has an internal energy storage of 320000RF and uses 350RF per action. It will do +6 attack damage normally and +9 when empowered; a diamond sword is +7 for comparison.
