Flux Wiper is a block added by the Essential Thaumaturgy mod. When placed in the world and powered with MRU will remove all Flux in the range of 16 blocks around the machine.

"After some researching you've found a very interesting feature - those MRU particles generated by Primordial Cores seem to annihilate flux! You have managed to build a machine, that rapidly removes flux in 16 block radius around it. It requires some MRU. The device completely destroys flux, it does not generate anything out of it, so no pipes needed. The device can be placed anywhere you want, even on the ceiling. It can destroy flux even through blocks."
