Electrum blend is an item added by Thermal Foundation made by combining pulverized/macerated gold and Silver Dust. It can be smelted into an Electrum Ingot in a furnace. It is one of a few ways of obtaining Electrum; another being the Induction Smelter provided with Silver and Gold ingots.
With Tinkers' Construct Installed you can smelt 1:1 gold/silver ingots to make electrum in the smeltery.
