Drop Filter is a utility item added by Random Things. It affects which items a player can and cannot pick up, making it useful for keeping the inventory from getting clogged with useless drops. The Drop Filter requires an Item Filter to function; on its own it does nothing. Right-click with the Drop Filter in hand to access its filter slot. When a configured Item Filter is inserted, the Drop Filter will either prevent the player from picking up the filtered items (Item Filter set to Whitelist) or only allow the selected items to be picked up (Item Filter set to Blacklist). It does not have to be on the hot bar to function, simply in the player's inventory.
