Template[edit]
We do not include examples in code, use documentation for examples. I will fix your template now, please do not rollback my edits. --Antillar (talk) 19:40, 20 July 2016 (CEST) Well, if you don't understand what to do there and keep undoing my edits, I will not help then. Feel free to do it yourself. --Antillar (talk) 19:46, 20 July 2016 (CEST)
- I don't undone your edits, man. I'm just FULLY in work, kinda :D Sorry, I am just don't see your message (better write in vk xD )~~ WDA (Talk | Contributions) 19:58, 20 July 2016 (CEST)
Botania Page[edit]
Hey WDA, I noticed your changes to the Botania mod page. It almost seems like an advertisement with the way the other Kitchen Sink mods are put down in a way to make Botania seem better. As wiki editors we should always try to keep a neutral point of view because we cannot say one mod is better than another, even if it is for some reason. The mod homepage should also describe the mod in some fashion, this is vague and doesn't even mention the flowers. Take a look at the Feed The Beast Wiki: Style Guide for more. --SirPersonJr (talk) 21:19, 26 July 2016 (CEST)
- Hey! You're talking about this part:" If you think that little ugly boxes is cool enough? - try Botania! ... "?
- I think yes and I can change that if this is so much "advertisment"-stuff but man Industrial Craft 2 really sucks :D
- And also, why "some fashion" can't be kinda advertisment-fashion? ))
- Anyway, thanks for "introduction in style".~~ WDA (Talk | Contributions) 21:39, 26 July 2016 (CEST)
Removing content from talk pages[edit]
It's highly unrecommended to remove any content from other people's talk pages, or any talk page at all for that matter. Please keep that in consideration. ~~ RZR0 (Talk | Contributions) 12:12, 29 July 2016 (CEST)
- It has been maded for more readability :D You know, like Antillar's table of requests~~ WDA (Talk | Contributions) 12:26, 29 July 2016 (CEST)
- To make it more readable, try to just add new sections when you need to discuss something different, rather than throwing it all under the same section. That also makes it easier for me to keep track of everything. ~~ RZR0 (Talk | Contributions) 12:40, 29 July 2016 (CEST)
Email[edit]
Hey, I sent you an email yesterday, maybe you haven't read it yet. Just letting you know in case you missed it. Awaiting your reply. :) ~~ RZR0 (Talk | Contributions) 16:23, 20 August 2016 (CEST)
- Yup, I see this. I don't check email a lot (so I have 760 letters...) :D Give me a few minutes...~~ WDA (Talk | Contributions) 16:29, 20 August 2016 (CEST)
Deleting pages[edit]
Please edit pages instead of deleting them. This is a wiki, you are erasing the page history by deleting it. We avoid this as much as possible, especially with large pages. ~~ RZR0 (Talk | Contributions) 20:22, 9 September 2016 (CEST)
- Ok~~ WDA (Talk | Contributions) 20:52, 9 September 2016 (CEST)
Concerning Botania Pages[edit]
When you will do Botania pages, please have Thaumcraft 4 installed, so research aspects add automatically when you create new pages. Trust me, it is a pain to add them manually later. --Antillar (talk) 21:37, 9 September 2016 (CEST)
- But please do not add the aspect display to every page. We only do this for actual thaumcraft extension items. If they are not in the thaumonomicon, there's a 99.99% chance you shouldn't add the aspect listing to the page. I have tried to remove all of the ones you added that shouldn't be there, I hope I got them all... ~~ RZR0 (Talk | Contributions) 00:55, 13 September 2016 (CEST)
- Our cool Tools also writes a pack of aspects after navbox. What I'll need to do with them next time? I can just leave them if someone would like to use it, so I don't need to write "Research aspects in..." if item/block don't need it. ~~ WDA (Talk | Contributions) 19:31, 13 September 2016 (CEST)
- Leave them, don't add the "Research aspects in..." if it isn't added automatically. ~~ RZR0 (Talk | Contributions) 19:32, 13 September 2016 (CEST)
- That's exactly what I mean. But, sometimes Tools can't capture this. I had to use GitHub to fill 2/4 pages about some Thaumcraft's hammers in Hammerz mod, then another 2 of them has been filled automatically.~~ WDA (Talk | Contributions) 20:14, 13 September 2016 (CEST)
- What I wanted is you to leave the non-showing aspects in the end of the article the tools generate. I did not insist on showing them in the article in the subcategory, asa you did. But removing this data will lower the amount of the items ?ask function on the List of Aspects (Thaumcraft 4) is showing. What I only care about is the selection compiled by this function, sorry for letting to misunderstand my words. --Antillar (talk) 22:12, 13 September 2016 (CEST)

Wood[edit]
We really don't need a separate page for each Post or Fence Post, as they're just ore dictionary variants of the same item. Check out how Wood Planks is set up. ~~ RZR0 (Talk | Contributions) 21:18, 13 September 2016 (CEST)
- Ok... But for some specific mods, such as Botanical Addons, separate pages is needed :D~~ WDA (Talk | Contributions) 21:21, 13 September 2016 (CEST)
- It really just depends on whether or not there are many different uses for the specific variants. It is important to create redirects for each specific item to the general page though, so the Usages show up correctly. ~~ RZR0 (Talk | Contributions) 21:27, 13 September 2016 (CEST)
- With items as popular as vanilla wood types there cannot be the best solution, because there are lots of recipes that require any wood while on the other hand there is also a plenty of recipes that require just oak. For example, the 1.6.4 version of Ex Nihilo does not accept any other wood for the sifter. 1.7.10 version got separate sifters for every kind of wood, and only a half of them has compressed/infused/automated equivalents in addons for this mod. I don't think there can't be different ways of doing wood, and it always depends on how each method is implemented. Myself I have always separated everything except the 16 colored versions of one (candles, floating candles, seals, wand foci - illumination etc). --Antillar (talk) 22:07, 13 September 2016 (CEST)
