what is pollen good for? I just got some on 1.12. I know it's a later version of the game than this wiki seems to be targeted at, but I'm hoping the use is the same between versions--Macks2008 (talk) 1:09, 19 April 2019 (CEST)

Assuming you mean the pollen for a specific breed of tree, it's used primarily for Forestry's Tree Breeding. Applying pollen of one tree type to the leaves of another can change those leaves to possibly be a hybrid of the two, which can then drop a sapling for the new tree type if broken with a Grafter. --timrem (talk) 17:06, 19 April 2019 (CEST)
