Scarecrow is a block added by the Calculator mod. It slightly accelerates crop growth in the radius of 3 blocks. It uses following mechanics:

  • Each tick its internal counter increases by 1.
  • When the counter becomes 500 (configurable), it's set to 0 and a random plant in its radius is bonemealed.
