A Platinum Chest, which is an upgrade of the Electrum Chest, is a 9x12 storage area. This chest can hold 108 items which is 4 times bigger than a normal chest. The platinum chest can be made with 8 platinum around an Electrum chest or 4 platinum and 4 glass around an Electrum chest.

The platinum chest also holds the same amount as obsidian, diamond and crystal chests.
