Originally a part of VoxelTextures, IntegratedSoundpacks allows sound packs to be integrated directly into texture packs, for convenience and easy installation.

Sounds included in a texture pack will be automatically used instead of default sounds.

As of Minecraft 1.6 and the introduction of Resource Packs, this is a vanilla function.
