Filter Card (L3) is a item added by the Practicalities mod.
It's a Filter Card you insert into a Partitioned Crate to only allow certain items to be in a slot. So if you only want your diamonds to be in the top right slot you could configure it with the filter card. The Level 3 card you can configure up to 54 slots.
