The Advanced Solar Helmet is an armor item added by Advanced Solar Panels and worn in the head slot. It is a combination of the Advanced Solar Panel and the NanoSuit Helmet. It stores 100,000 EU, generates 8 EU/t during the day, 1 EU/t during the night, and 0 EU/t if the sky is not visible, just as all the other Solar Panels do. These values are editable in the config for Advanced Solar Panels. As the Advanced Helmet requires both a Nano Helmet and an Advanced Solar Panel, it is a slightly expensive armor piece.
The Advanced Solar Helmet can charge any armor, tool or item in use or present in the inventory, such as the Mining Drill, Chainsaw, BatPack, RE-Battery, etc. But charges armor slots first and then charges tools and items in the inventory. A better way of charging tools would be to have a Advanced NanoChestPlate, Advanced Electric Jetpack or Advanced Lappack equipped to receive power from the Advanced Solar Helmet and transfer it to the electric tools.
