Item Buffer is a block added by the EnderIO mod. It has an internal storage of nine spots for stacks of items and the ability to push and pull items on any of its six faces. It is much like a vanilla Hopper as it has an internal storage and can pull and push items. The item buffer GUI lets each face be assigned to Push, Pull, Push/Pull, Disabled or None individually. The Item Buffer can also be controlled by redstone with states Active with signal, Active without signal, Always active, or Never active.
