The Fluid Pulling Upgrade is just like the standard Pulling Upgrade, only for fluids. It get fluids from nearby machine or tank.

You can select a direction to pulling. Press sneak + right click with the module on the appropriate side of any block in the world and you set direction. This will change the upgrade icon and the tooltip. Press sneak + right click again and you back upgrade module pull to any side.
