The Crystal Studded Cosmic Neutronium Wand is an item added by Avaritia when Thaumcraft 4 is installed. It has infinite vis. Interestingly enough, Thaumic Tinkerer 2's Osmotic Enchanter will make it lose vis. Simply holding it will make it regain all lost vis. Forbidden Magic's creative-only wand is equivalent in the fact that it is a wand capable of storing infinite vis.
