Color Applicator used to color the various cables or remove color from cables in Applied Energistics 2. Made with condensed matter all around a dye from any applicable mod.
To work, it needs to be charged and filled with dyes or Paint Balls. Items can be added to it using a ME Chest.
It can also remove color from cable, for which you need to put snowballs in it.
To select a color, you need to take the tool in your hand, hold Shift and right-click.
